Two founders, one simple rule.

Everyone who reaches out to your business should get the same quick, helpful answer, whether they find you at 2pm on a Tuesday or 2am on a Sunday. That's what the name means.

Before we built anything, we looked at 264 local service businesses that were paying for Facebook and Instagram ads, and followed each ad to see what happened next. Most of them had a good business and a good ad. Then the ad led to a page with a long form, a phone number, and a note saying someone would be in touch.

People don't wait for that anymore. They contact two or three companies and go with whoever answers first. So we built a system that makes sure our clients answer first: an assistant that replies in seconds, books the appointment and texts a confirmation at any hour.

Part of Equal Generosity Ventures

Equal Generosity is part of Equal Generosity Ventures, our technology studio. Its main work is software for nonprofits, governments and development organisations, including our platform Field2Donor.

Lead capture is a newer line of work for us, and we'd rather say so up front. It's also why every engagement starts with a free audit and a demo you can test yourself, and why the pilot has no long-term contract. You get to judge the work before you commit to anything.

Send us your website. Within two business days you'll get a short screen recording and a written list of where paying visitors drop off. It's free and you don't need to get on a call.
